Mango Avocado Salsa is a refreshing late summer treat. It’s a great appetizer or can even accompany a fish or chicken dish. The jalapeño adds a little bite, but isn’t necessary.
Mango Avocado Salsa
- 2 mangos
- 1 jalapeño pepper
- 1 tablespoon cilantro, minced
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
Dice the mangos, avocado, tomato, jalapeño pepper red onion in a small bowl. Add the cilantro and the lime juice.
Serve with tortilla chips.
